This is jigs plan for cutting kumiko leaves using a disc sander.
You can cut both sides of the leaf at 22.5, 30, 45, 60 and 67.5 degrees.
The angle plate on the base board is connected to the axis for stable and
accurate cutting.
It is ideal for cutting a large number of leaves because of its high
workability.

What you need
MDF board (16mm or 18mm)
Metal Dowel pins x2 (5 mm diameter, at least 30 mm long)
Insert nuts x5 (M6)
Butterfly screws or bolts x5 (M6)
Washers x5
Screw x5 (M6 15mm long) for Angle plate adjust
Screw x25 (M6 25mm long)
Screw x 3 for the slot bar
